- There's a newspaper article saying that conservatives are attacking the nice Frost family. A family friend put the family in touch with Nancy Pelosi, and they then became famous when their 12 year old son spoke in support of S-CHIP. The point is that the Democrats are trying to greatly expand the program. No one wants to cut the program. Families like the Frosts do not need the massive program expansion, they are covered as the program currently exists
- A caller asks what peace Al Gore has brought about that he deserves to win the Nobel Peace Prize
- A caller says the Supreme Court has just decided that the city of New York must reimburse his friend for his disabled son's private education. The parent is wealthy and one of the creators of MTV
